Sosa Crispy Yoghurt Wet Proof 140g
These crispy yoghurts have a delicious fresh/sour flavour and are crispy. The yoghurt pieces are coated with cocoa butter which makes them wet proof. This means the yoghurt pieces are resistant to moisture and do not go soft in cold applications. The yoghurt pieces remain crispy in desserts or sauces.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, low-fat yoghurt powder (20%), sugar, glucose syrup, thickeners (modified potato starch), food acids (citric acid, malic acid), calcium phosphate, wei powder, flavouring.
