This freeze-dried mango is truly the perfect decoration or topping for a dessert, cake or other treat. In addition, you can also use the crispy mango in muesli or as a topping in granola or a smoothie. The mango pieces are not coated and therefore become soft when in contact with moisture.
What is freeze-drying
Freeze-drying is a method that gives the product a long shelf life. Freeze-drying removes the water from the product. During this process the flavour of the product is preserved, the volume and weight decrease and the shelf life is significantly extended.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, mango puree (40%), thickener: sodium alginate (E401). May contain traces of milk and derivatives. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Storage advice: in a cool, dry place, with a closed lid.
