Sosa Crispy Coated Raspberry Freeze-Dried 400g
Decorate your cake, (cup)cake, petit fours, slipper, dessert or other treat with these moisture-resistant crispy freeze-dried crispy raspberry pieces. The raspberries have a beautiful red, pink colour, for a cheerful effect. The big advantage of these raspberries is that they are coated with a layer of cocoa butter, making it resistant to moisture and can be used in, for example, yoghurt, ice cream or sauces without going soft.
What is freeze-drying
Freeze-drying is a method that gives the product a long shelf life. Freeze-drying removes the water from the product. During this process, the flavour of the product is preserved, the volume and weight decrease and the shelf life is significantly extended.
Ingredients
Cocoa butter, raspberries, sugar, tapioca starch, raspberry juice concentrate. May contain traces of soya, egg, peanuts, milk, tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, mustard and sulphites.
Storage advice: in a cool, dry place, with a closed lid.
