Sosa Beef Gelatine 750g
These bovine gelatine sheets are a reliable binding agent for sweets, desserts, fruit juices and confectionery. They are thermo-reversible, so simply activate them with heat, and they can also be frozen.
To use: Warm your liquid or batter to 45 °C (113 °F), then bloom the gelatine in a small amount of the mixture. Once softened, combine it with the remaining liquid and stir until fully dissolved.
Ingredients: beef gelatine.
Typicalusage: 30–50 g/kg.
