This beautiful neon colouring is perfect for colouring fondant, marzipan, dough, icing, creams, macarons and batters.

Instructions for use: using a cocktail stick, add a small amount of neon colouring gel to the product to be coloured. Build up the amount of colouring evenly and continue until the desired result is achieved. When colouring fondant, marzipan or dough, apply the neon colouring to the product and knead it in until the product has a nice even colour. We recommend applying the colouring to the centre of the product to keep your hands and work surface clean. When colouring batters, creams or other liquid products, mix the colouring thoroughly into the product until the entire mixture has a nice, even colour.

Storage advice: store tightly sealed in the original packaging, in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight or other heat sources.
