The mould is suitable for making, amongst other things, mousse cakes, semifreddo, bavarois and small cakes. Its size provides extra space for fillings, layers or decorations such as icing, fruit and chocolate. Also great for making desserts with a soft centre or a surprising interior.

The smooth finish of the mould makes it possible to finish desserts with a velvet spray for a sleek velvety effect. Furthermore, the central opening provides space for decorations such as sauce, fruit or chocolate.
