This professional micro-perforated baking ring from Silikomart
is perfect for making round cakes. The cakes you make with the mould
you can then decorate entirely as you like. The Silikomart
Cake Ring Exoglass Perforated is made with the new TPLUS+ technology from
Silikomart. This means that the mould is made of non-sticky, stainless and
pressure-resistant material. In addition, the water vapour can evaporate from the dough even better
thanks to the perforation on the side of the mould. This results in
a crispy crust.
Because of the open structure of the mould, the rings are not
suitable for filling with batter.
