This perforated cake ring from Silikomart has a diameter of 8 cm. The ring is made of the high-quality material exoglass which is very suitable for baking. The perforation allows the water vapour to evaporate from the dough even better during baking for a croquant result. The cakes you make with it have a diameter of 19 cm. The rings are non-stick and stainless and have high thermal stability. In short, you will make a perfect round cake with this mould which you can then decorate entirely as you wish.

Because of the open structure, these rings are not suitable for filling with batters.
