These perforated cake rings from Silikomart have a diameter of 10 cm. The rings are made of the high-quality material exoglass which is very suitable for baking. The perforation allows the water vapour to evaporate even better from the dough during baking for a crispy result. The rings are non-stick and stainless and have high thermal stability. In short, you can make a perfect round cake with this mould which you can then decorate entirely as you wish.

Because of the open structure, these rings are not suitable for filling with batter.
