Silikomart Airplus Strip (5) Ø180-200x40(h)mm To make a perfectly shaped shortbread or sourdough cake with a diameter of up to 200 mm, you can do it with this strip from Silikomart. The micro perforated strips are practical, functional, easy to clean and reusable. The micro-holes located in the material spread the dough evenly, allowing the dough to come off the mould easily, without the need to grease them. A special fibreglass technology was used in the making of the strips, making them completely non-stick.
