The Saracino Modelling Chocolate Pure 250g is perfect for all kinds of decorations. You can shape the chocolate into beautiful flowers, animals or other figures, for example. 

Moreover, the chocolate is ready-to-use and only needs to be kneaded smoothly before use. In a warm room or with hot hands, it may help to cool the chocolate in between. It also helps to wear plastich gloves. 

Ingredients: chocolate couverture 39% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOJA lecithin), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate. *Can contain traces of egg, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and milk.
