Saracino Hazelnut Extra Flavour Paste 200g
This concentrated flavour paste delivers intense hazelnut character to ice cream, mousse, custards, dough and batter.

Use:

Use 100 g per litre of fresh cream when making mousse.
Use 100 g per litre of milk when preparing bavarois.
For cakes, blend 120 g per 1 kg of batter.
For ice cream, use 100–120 g per kg of mixture.

Contents: 200 g
