Focused fruit flavour paste flavoured strawberry for flavouring ice cream, mousse, crèmes, dough and batter.
Mixed fruit flavour paste with strawberry flavour for flavouring ice cream, mousse, crèmes, dough and batter.
Ingrediënten: glucose syrup, sucrose syrup, pureed strawberries (20%), acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), gelling agent: pectin (E440), flavourings, colourings: curcumin & anthocyanin, carrot extract.
Use:
- 35-50 grams of flavour paste per litre when reinforcing fresh fruit
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of fresh cream when making mouse.
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of milk when making bavarois.
- 120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making cake.
- 100-120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making ice cream.
