Use:
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of fresh cream when making mouse.
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of milk when making bavaroises.
- 120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making cake.
- 100-120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mixture when making ice cream.
