Focused fruit flavour paste with the flavour forest fruit for flavouring ice cream, mouse, crèmes, dough and batter.
Please note that the flavour of the pastry is the same as the flavour of the ice cream.
Ingredients: sugar, juice and pulp in different proportions (35%) (blueberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), thickener: pectin (E440), flavourings, colourings: anthocyanins.
Use:
- 35-50 grams of flavour paste per litre when reinforcing fresh fruit
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of fresh cream when making mouse.
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of milk when making bavarois.
- 120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making cake.
- 100-120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making ice cream.
