Fortified fruit flavour paste with the flavour banana for flavouring ice cream, mousse, creams, dough and batter.

Ingredients: sugar, banana juice and pulp (30%), glucose syrup, flavourings, thickener: pectin (E440), antioxidant: ascorbic acid, colourings: curcumin & beta-carotenes.

Use:
- 35-50 grams of flavour paste per litre as enhancement of fresh fruit
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of fresh cream when making mouse.
- 100 grams of flavour paste per litre of milk when making bavarois.
- 120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mix when making cake.
- 100-120 grams of flavour paste per kilo of mixture when making ice cream.
