Saracino Cacao Butter 200g is high-quality pure cacao butter, obtained by pressing cocoa beans. This cacao butter is deodorised, meaning that its smell and taste have been removed. This allows you to work with a neutral product that is ideal for decorations and the use of colourings. The colour varies from white to pale yellow, depending on the temperature, and ensures smooth and controlled processing.

You use cacao butter to make chocolate more fluid and easier to work with in moulds, coatings and decorations. It is also perfect for making coloured chocolate paint by mixing it with colour powders or oil-based colouring, for example for decorating bonbons, chocolate shapes or painting details on cakes.
