These rye flakes are grown in the Netherlands. After growing, the rye is dried, roasted and crushed into delicious nutritious rye flakes. Perfect for adding to homemade muesli or bread dough. 
Cook the rye flakes for 20 minutes and let them rehydrate for another 10 minutes before use.
