Rusk cap
This rusk cap made of blue steel is ideal for preparing rusks and/or rusk buns. The home-baked fresh rusk buns will be much tastier than the pre-packaged ones! Because of this many bakers also decide to make their own rusks again! Size 115x30mm.
Use instructions:
Before using, wash the rusk cap well with washing-up liquid.
Let dry well and then rub in.
When greasing it, it is important to use vegetable oil or grease and not too much.

Set the mould in the oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes.
When the mould stops steaming, it is ready to use.
Before each use, grease very lightly with vegetable oil or fat again.
After each use, do not clean it, only brush it with kitchen paper.
