    RUF Vanilla Cake Cream allows you to create a velvety filling for classic and modern cakes in no time at all. The finely balanced mixture impresses with its balanced vanilla flavour and creamy texture. It gives baked goods a harmonious sweetness and ensures a smooth, spreadable consistency. The result is a versatile base that rounds off the flavour of any cake and enhances its appearance.

    Whether as a filling for sponge bases, in fruit cakes, for cream puffs or as a delicate cream layer in cakes – the vanilla cake cream can be used flexibly and refined individually. The texture can also be varied by adding butter or cream. A practical solution for anyone who wants to create creamy cake creations easily and refine them with a delicate vanilla flavour.

    Preparation

    Pour 250 ml of cold milk into a mixing bowl. Add the contents of the bag and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer on a low setting, then beat for 2–3 minutes on the highest setting. Process or refine the finished cream as desired.
