RUF Fluffy Marshmallow Cream 200 g is a wonderfully light pastry cream that can be used in a variety of recipes. Simply whip the powder with boiling water and it turns into a stable, light and airy cream that is ideal for piping or spreading.
Preparation
Rinse a tall mixing bowl with hot water to remove any grease. Pour the boiling water into the rinsed mixing bowl, immediately add the contents of the bag and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting. Then beat on the highest setting for approx. 3 minutes until stiff. The cream should be piped onto the cupcakes just before serving and eaten as fresh as possible.
The cream is sufficient for 12 cupcakes and can also be used as a filling for whoopies, waffles, cups or as a spread.
