Royal Steensma Holding Pastry Cream (yellow cream) 20kg
Mix holding yellow cream and water together and whisk the mixture in second gear for 3 minutes until smooth. The cream is ready to use immediately.

Ingredients: Sugar, powdered sorbitol (E420), modified starch, whey powder, vegetable fat, stabiliser (E450, E516, E339), glucose syrup (dried), preservative (E202), thickener (E401), milk protein, lactose, antioxidant (E330), salt, emulsifier (E472b), colouring agent (E101, E106a).
