Lightly grease the cake tin with a brush or spray before use.

There may be slight scratches on the outside of the cake tin. This is due to the cake tins rubbing against each other in the bulk packaging. This is normal and does not affect the baking result.

After use, clean the cake tin with a piece of kitchen paper or an old cloth (rag) to keep the cake tin slightly greasy and maintain the coating. If the cake tin has become really dirty, wash it with warm or hot water without detergent and allow it to dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rusting.
