Rolling machine RS201
Very robust stainless steel rolling-out machine. With this rolling-out machine, you can roll out any type of dough (think bread dough, puff pastry, pizza dough, fondant, marzipan, etc) evenly. The advantage is that the rolling machine works manually (without power), so you can use it anywhere and everywhere. The roll-out machine is easy to fold into a handy unit and is easy to carry . Thanks to its compact size, the unroller fits on your kitchen counter and you can get started right away.
The roll-out machine comes standard with a sturdy polypropylene 'roll-out board' (SB-04 board). The board consists of 3 layers.

- Maximum 1000 grams of dough at a time is recommended.
- Adjustable thickness (maximum 27mm). Up to 2mm, the thickness can be set per 0.5mm. From 2 to 25, the thickness can be set per 2.5mm.
