Renshaw Rolfondant Extra 1 kg White is Renshaw's latest fondant. Renshaw even calls the fondant the 2.0 version of its long-standing product Renshaw Rolfondant White. This is because the Renshaw Rolfondant Extra 1 kg White is extra elastic, making it extra fine to work with. This product can easily be rolled out very thin, without tearing. Moreover, you can use the fondant for many different purposes. It is perfect for modelling, but also for coating cakes and other baked goods. The fondant has a light vanilla flavour, is Kosher and Halal certified and contains no gluten.

Procedure
Knead the fondant well before use, until the product is warm and elastic. Then you can use it to make all kinds of beautiful creations.
Sprinkle the work surface with a very small amount of icing sugar or with some crisco, as this will prevent the fondant from sticking to the work surface.

Colouring and flavouring the fondant
Because the fondant has a nice white colour, you can very nicely colour this product in any colour you like. This is best done by kneading a few drops of colouring gel through the fondant. The sugar paste has a slight vanilla flavour, but you can also very well flavour it yourself with a flavouring of your choice. You can do this too, by kneading a few drops of the flavouring through the product.
