This Rainbow Dust Pen with edible ink can be used on two sides. On one side, a thin 0.5mm marker and on the other, a 2.5mm marker. As this marker is 2-sided, it can be used both for colouring in areas and for applying small details. This marker is available in a wide range of colours.

Rainbowdust Food Art Pen  is the improved version of the Double Sided Pen (dries even faster and allows for even more precise work).

How to use
This special quick-drying ink is more convenient for fine work as a brush. It is best to use this pen on a solid, firm surface. It is also useful to let the marzipan, fondant or gumpaste dry a little before using this pen on it. When this pen shows signs of drying out, it is best to moisten it a little with water.
