How to use cover jelly

Gently heat the cover jelly to keep it clear while heating. The best way to do this is in a pan over low heat. Alternatively, you can heat the cover jelly using a double boiler or the microwave. Apply the warm cover jelly directly onto the fruit. For an extra good result, you can apply a second layer. Wait about half a minute before applying the second layer. Cover jelly is easiest to apply with a brush. Make sure the brush is clean.
