Pyrex Glide Perforated Pizza Pan Ø31cm
The Pyrex Glide Perforated Pizza Pan Ø31cm is a sturdy carbon steel pizza pan with a non-stick coating, designed for a crispy pizza base. The material heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, ensuring the dough cooks beautifully in the oven. The pan is PFAS-free and oven-safe up to 230°C.
With an inner diameter of 31 cm, there is plenty of room for a generous-sized pizza. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to safely remove the pan from the oven or move it around, even when wearing oven gloves.
The perforated base with small holes ensures that heat and air circulate better during baking. This allows moisture to escape and makes the base extra crispy, ideal for pizzas with a thin or light base.
The tin is also versatile and suitable for focaccia, tarte flambée or savoury pastry bases. Thanks to the non-stick coating, the baked product releases easily and the tin is simple to clean by hand after use.
