Choose your shade from the colour chart (item number F029425) or download the handy ‘Power Flowers IBC’ app; it shows exactly how many petals you need to colour 400 g of white or milk chocolate. Use them to colour chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, glaze, fondant and mousse.

Derived from natural sources, they are free from E-numbers and non-azo dyes, and are available in Blue, Red and Yellow.

Each jar holds 50 g (about 50 petals).
