Choose the desired colour from the colour fan (article number F029426) or download the special 'Power Flowers IBC' app. The colour chart states how many Power Flowers petals are needed to colour 400 grams of (white or milk) chocolate. The Power Flowers can be used for colouring chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, glazing fondant and mousse.

These Power Flowers fall under the 'Classic Intense' and are not Azo-free.
