    Polak Bourbon Vanilla Extract AV3 1 litre
    Bourbon vanilla extract (AV3) from the Polak brand. Real bourbon vanilla pods extracted with alcohol, among other ingredients, a natural vanilla extract. This variant is syrupy, sweet in taste, contains less alcohol and is therefore easy to dose.

    Dosage for baking: 3 - 5 grams per kilo.
    Dosage for ice cream making: 20-25 grams.

    Content: 1 litre
