How to use
1. Heat the griddle, to the desired temperature.
2. Is the indicator light on? Then place a small knob of butter on the baking tray. Make sure there is some butter in all the holes. You can also use a baking spray to grease the baking tray.
3. Pour a little batter into the dimples. You can fill the dimples with a spoon but also by pouring the batter into a bottle and then pouring the batter out of the bottle.
4. Fry the poffertjes until the top is congealed, then flip them and wait for the other side to brown. The poffertjes pan also has a handy timer, so you'll never forget the time.
5. Serve the poffertjes (lukewarm) with ice cream, strawberries, chocolate spread, banana, peanut butter or simply with some icing sugar and a knob of butter. That will be handing out and enjoying!
