PME Scraper Acrylic (Height 10 & 15cm)
With the Side Scraper from PME you can remove the middle part of your cake that you have smeared with, for example buttercream, royal icing or ganache. You can then fill this line with another colour, for example.

You can also use the Side Scraper to make a Fault Line cake. Then fill the line with, for example, sprinkles.
