This cake pan features a loose bottom. This makes it easy to remove the crust from the mould.
After baking, place the cake pan on an inverted mould or on a pot. Then you can easily lower the rim.
The baking tin is made of high-quality aluminium and is seamless. So you make perfect cakes and pies with it.
The circular bottom can also be used to present the cake or pie on.
