This impression mat is ideal to use with different types of edible material such as: fondant, modelling paste (gum paste), or marzipan. The stone pattern can be used for many different designs, for example a wall or garden path and much more. Both sides of the mat can be used to create the pattern. With one side you get a relief which is on top of the fondant, while with the other side you get a deep relief.
Instructions for use:
Knead the fondant well and roll it out on sugar baking powder to an even thickness. Choose the side of the mat you want to use for your design.
Press the mat firmly using a Smoother to transfer the pattern into the fondant. Make sure all parts of the mat are well pressed into the fondant.
