Vegetable gelatine PME 20 grams The PME brand vegetable gelatine is a base for dishes such as souffles, cheesecakes and cakes. The powder has no flavour of its own.
Note! This vegetarian gelatine is not a substitute for traditional gelatine and therefore recipes may have to be adjusted.
Filling weight: 20 grams Store in a cool and dry place.
Jelly recipe:Dissolve 5 grams of gelatine in 75 ml of cold water. Let this stand for about 10 minutes. Pour the dissolved gelatine into 450 ml boiling water. Keep stirring. After 5 to 10 minutes, the gelatine starts to set.
