This sturdy strap wraps snugly around your tin, promoting even heat distribution so your cake rises smoothly without splitting. For best results, select a strap that matches both the height and length of your pan.
How should I use the baking belt?
- Select the size that matches your cake tin.
- Submerge the strap in cold water.
- Discard the water, but do not wring out the belt.
Secure the strap around the tin as usual.
Pour in your batter, then bake as usual.
Please note:
Never expose the strap to temperatures above 180 °C.
Keep the strap away from heating elements, gas flames, and the oven walls.
Store the strap in a clean, dry place when not in use.
Never cut or tear the belt.
- Thoroughly soak the mat in water before each use.
