Piping Gel is a ready-to-use jelly with which you can decorate cakes and pastries using a piping bag (for drawing lines or writing ) or for applying a nice jelly "mirror" on top of a tight cake with a glazing knife.
You can also use it, for example, for sticking rolling fondant on biscuits.
Garnish jelly is great for colouring with food colouring.
