These quiche bases are made from a unique pidy dough recipe: bake-proof, crispy and delicious. If you want to use the pidy puff pastry bases as vegetable carriers (or other cold applications), we recommend warming the bases briefly in the oven:
-5 to 8 min in voncentional oven at 170C
-6 to 9 min in hot air oven at 160C
