Customised macarons from Pidy. The Pidy Chewy Macarons Assortment Ø3,5cm 180st have a size of Ø3,5cm and are packed per 180 pieces (half). The only thing left to do is to pipe cream or ganache between them. A total of 4 flavours are supplied (45 per variety).

The moisture content in this product has been reduced for the sake of shelf life. If the product, including filling, stands for a while, the core becomes soft again as the moisture is absorbed from the filling.

The filled macarons can also be placed in the freezer, if the filling allows it. When the macarons are taken out of the freezer again, the moisture from the air will condense on the cold macarons, making them softer.
