    Ready-to-eat macarons from Pidy. The Pidy Chewy Macarons Assortment Ø3.5cm 180 pcs. have a diameter of Ø3.5 cm and are packaged in packs of 180 (half). All you have to do is pipe cream or ganache between them. A total of 4 flavours are supplied (45 per type).

    The moisture content in this product has been reduced for shelf life reasons. If the product, including the filling, is left to stand for a while, the core will soften again as the moisture is absorbed from the filling. 

    The filled macarons can also be placed in the freezer, provided the filling allows this. When the macarons are taken out of the freezer, the moisture in the air will condense on the cold macarons, making them softer.
