- 70g fresh yeast

The method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except the butter and the pearl sugar, together.
- Mix the ingredients until you get a dough.
- Then let the dough rest for half an hour.
- Knead the softened butter and then the pearl sugar through the dough.
- Divide the dough into 100-gram portions.
- Let the portions rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the waffle iron beforehand.
Please note! You do not need to grease the waffle iron.
- Bake the waffles for about 3 minutes.
