This flexible silicone trayfeaturesfifteen Ø65 mmcavities spaced on a 40 x 30 cm sheet, making it easy to portion and bake individual Pandoro cakes.

The detailed design gives each piece the classic star-shaped structure that Pandoro is known for. The mould performs equally well with cold preparations such as mousse, parfait and semifreddo, as well as baked items like cake or biscuit.

Layer in mousse, parfait, semifreddo, cake or biscuit, or create surprise fillings of cream, fruit or ganache in the centre.
