Create beautiful Santa Claus figures with this Pavoflex mould from Pavoni. Pavoflex is a range of high-quality silicone moulds that combine original shapes with Italian style. The flexible, non-stick design works equally well for cakes, ice cream, and other desserts.

Developed by World Chocolate Master Frank Haasnoot, it produces 12 Santa figures measuring approximately 60 × 72 × 70 mm (h) and holding about 128 ml each.

The moulds are oven-safe up to +280°C, microwave-safe and freezer-safe down to -40°C.

After use, rinse the mould with hot water; if any residue remains, simply wash with mild soap and a soft sponge.
