This beautiful quiche mould from the ‘Ceramic’ line by Patisse is made of 0.5mm thick ECCS steel and has a double ceramic non-stick coating. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the baking tin, the baked goods easily dissolve from the tin and the tin is easy to keep clean. The mould can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C. The loose base makes it easy to remove the quiche/flan from the mould

The baking tin has a number of fine features, the tin is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stain-resistant and is non-stick.
