Patisse Crêpe-and Pancake Pan Gietaluminium Ø26cm Handy pan for making crêpes and pancakes. The flat bottom means the crêpes and pancakes will flatten nicely and can be made nice and thin. This pan has a raised rim which prevents the batter from going any further and makes the crêpe or pancake nicely round. The pan is made of cast aluminium.
This pan can be used on the gas cooker, electric and ceramic hobs and induction. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
