The Patisse Basic Tinned Cake Tin 30 cm is an indispensable product for the serious baker. At 30 cm, it is the ideal size for a beautiful cake.

This baking tin is made of tinned tin without coating. This uncoated tin is more susceptible to oxidation than a coated version, which is why we recommend removing baked goods from the tin immediately after baking to prevent condensation. Do not store baked goods in this tin, do not place the tin in the refrigerator for long periods of time, wash the tin by hand if necessary and allow it to dry thoroughly.

It is best to wipe the tin after use with kitchen paper or a cloth, as this will leave the tin slightly greasy, making it less susceptible to moisture.
