Patisse Brownie Tin Silver-Top 28x18cm
This brownie tin, part of Patisse's most popular 'Silver-top' range, is made from 0.6 mm thick ECCS steel with a non-stick coating. This coating ensures that baked goods release easily and that the tin is easy to clean. The tin is heat resistant up to 230°C.
The baking tin has a number of great features: it is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stain-resistant and non-stick.
Clean the tin easily with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
Tip: to maintain the non-stick coating, wipe the tin clean with a piece of kitchen paper or a cloth after use. This will leave the tin slightly greasy, which will preserve the properties of the non-stick coating.
