Patisse Brownie Mould Silver-Top 28x18cm
This brownie baking mould belonging to the most popular ‘Silver-top’ line from Patisse is made of 0.6mm thick ECCS steel with a non-stick coating. Because of this coating, baking will easily dissolve and the mould is easy to keep clean. The baking tin can withstand temperatures of up to 230°C.
The baking tin has a number of fine features, the tin is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stain-resistant and is non-stick.

This mould is not dishwasher safe, clean the mould easily with warm water and dry the mould well.
Tip: to preserve the non-stick coating well, you can clean the mould after use with a piece of kitchen paper or a cloth, this will keep the mould somewhat greasy and this will preserve the properties of the non-stick coating.
