This beautiful baking sheet from Patisse's 'Ceramic' line is made of 0.5mm thick ECCS steel and has a double ceramic non-stick coating. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the baking tin, the baked goods easily dissolve from the tin and the tin is easy to keep clean. The mould can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C. The griddle is perfect for baking biscuits, pizzas and all kinds of other delicacies.

The griddle has a number of fine features, the mould is scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stain-resistant and is non-stick.
